Chili-Truffle

Ingredients:
black tea (Ceylon, South India), cocoa pieces (15%), flavoring, pink pepper, white chocolate pieces (sugar , wholemeal chips (whole wheat flour), wheat starch, wheat germ, sugar, salt), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring: vanilla extract (2.5%), chili flakes (1 %).

Cooking method:
3 minutes, 100°C.
