One of the most desirable and unusual varieties of black tea.
To obtain Darjeeling, tender tea leaves are collected from the Jiel tea garden in late spring on the slopes of the Himalayas, after which they undergo special processing, during which only a small part of them darkens. Thanks to this subtlety, the taste of tea becomes light, retaining pleasant tart notes and many useful substances.
