Organic coffee. The softness of the taste is compensated by a long and generous aftertaste of caramel and nougat, dried apricots and prunes.
Since the Galapagos is a National Park, the use of any chemicals on the islands is strictly prohibited. In the 90s, the International Environmental Association OCIA officially included Galapagos San Cristobal coffee in the list of environmentally friendly coffee varieties.
